Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in ad-tech, including strategic partnership, consulting, or business development roles
Strong understanding of advertising technology, data and addressability landscape, including customer data platforms, programmatic media, and measurement ecosystems
Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic partnerships, supporting or leading GTM strategies, and bringing new solutions to market
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and growing partner relationships across multiple regions or product lines
Proven track record in operationalizing and expanding new business initiatives
Exceptional strategic thinking paired with strong analytical rigor and structured problem solving
Excellent written, verbal, and executive storytelling communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple high-impact priorities simultaneously
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a bias for action
