The Performance Strategy team supports Accelerate customers by managing campaign optimization, data analysis, and strategic growth. Responsibilities include client management, data-driven insights, campaign launches, cross-functional project leadership, and process improvement. Requirements include 4 years of work experience with 3+ years in campaign optimization or BI in adtech, Business Mandarin, strong organizational and communication skills, and a strategic approach to problem-solving. What you'll do
Serve as point of contact for key clients, managing and optimizing performance
Collaborate with account teams and escalate niche issues internally
Data manipulation and analysis; deliver data-driven insights and recommendations

Requirements
Diploma/Bachelors or equivalent work experience
4 years of work experience including 3+ years in campaign optimization, BI, or analytical experience in adtech
Business Mandarin

Ability to draw insights from data
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
Strategic and proactive problem-solving approach
