Full job description

Monetization Manager role in Tel Aviv office, responsible for monetizing a diverse portfolio of products including apps and web using up-to-date advertising technologies. Requires 5+ years experience monetizing publisher assets, hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and Header Bidding (PreBid), extensive knowledge of SSPs, Open Bidding, RTB, and strong analytics skills including advanced Excel. Responsibilities include ad stack optimization, daily revenue management, managing programmatic partnerships, technical troubleshooting, A/B testing collaboration with product and engineering, and staying current with industry regulations and updates. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. This is a maternity leave replacement position.

What you'll do

  • Optimize ad stack across all programmatic products (display, video, native) to hit revenue targets
  • Manage daily revenue and execute AdOps tasks
  • Manage ongoing programmatic partnerships and daily contact with demand partners
  • Handle technical aspects of ad serving and performance optimization
  • Continuously grow revenue based on company KPIs and targets
  • Provide monetization insights, real-time information, and results to stakeholders
  • Work closely with product and engineering on A/B testing and implementing advertising products
  • Troubleshoot and QA advertising products
  • Stay updated on industry news including Prebid.org, regulatory updates (GDPR, CCPA), identity solutions, and policy changes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience monetizing publisher assets/products (mostly Web)
  • Hands-On, proven experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
  • Hands-On, proven experience with Header Bidding (PreBid)
  • Extensive knowledge of the advertising industry including SSPs, Header Bidding, Open Bidding, RTB
  • Experience understanding advertiser’s objectives and delivering results by optimization or product changes to meet advertiser KPIs
  • Supreme analytics skills with advanced Excel and good analytical understanding
  • Experience working with industry top demand partners/sources
  • Advanced technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills of GAM and other tech vendors in a publisher's ad stack
  • Great interpersonal skills, team player
  • Attention to detail, well organized, multi-tasking capabilities
  • Proactive with a business development mindset
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
