Smadex seeks a Mobile Publisher Manager to lead growth of a new SDK in a hybrid role based in Barcelona, Austin, Berlin, Manila, Beijing, or Seoul. Responsibilities include identifying, pitching, and closing mobile app publishers, managing end-to-end onboarding, and ensuring long-term success. Candidate must have 4+ years in Publisher Sales, Supply Partnerships, or Yield Management in mobile ad-tech, with experience at SSPs, Ad Exchanges, or SDK-based Ad Networks. Must have an active network of mobile app developers and publishers, strong sales and account management skills, technical understanding of mobile monetization and SDK integrations, excellent communication, and ability to work globally. What you'll do

  • Identify, prospect, and aggressively pursue high-value mobile app publishers across various verticals (Gaming, Utility, Lifestyle, etc.) to integrate new SDK
  • Conduct high-level negotiations, pitch the unique value proposition of the SDK, and close direct supply partnerships
  • Utilize existing network of mobile app developers and publishers to accelerate go-to-market strategy and secure early adopters
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process and act as the bridge between publisher and internal tech/product teams to ensure seamless SDK integration
  • Monitor daily publisher performance, fill rates, and yield; provide proactive recommendations to maximize monetization and scale network supply
  • Serve as the dedicated day-to-day contact for your book of business, conducting regular Quarterly Business Reviews and maintaining strong partnerships
  • Gather direct feedback from publishers regarding SDK features, bugs, and market needs; share intelligence with Product and Engineering teams to improve SDK

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Publisher Sales, Supply Partnerships, or Yield Management specifically within the mobile ad-tech ecosystem
  • Direct experience working at a mobile Supply-Side Platform (SSP), Ad Exchange, or an SDK-based Ad Network
  • Proven, active rolodex of direct relationships with mobile app developers and publishers (C-level, Monetization Managers, Ad Ops)
  • Demonstrated success in both closing net-new business (Sales) and growing existing accounts (Account Management)
  • Strong understanding of mobile monetization mechanics, programmatic advertising (in-app bidding, waterfalls), and the technical nuances of SDK integrations
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and collaborate with international teams
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong plus
