Senior Manager, Technical Operations, LATAM based in São Paulo, Brazil with a hybrid schedule (Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in-office). Role involves working as a solutions consultant on the Client Success team to drive LATAM business growth by architecting custom technical integrations using Magnite's ad tech stack (SpringServe Adserver, SSP, DV+, Demand Manager, Clearline). Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, analyzing platform data to optimize publisher performance, educating clients on ad tech best practices, collaborating with global teams to represent LATAM client needs, partnering with Commercial teams on go-to-market strategies, and translating technical communications between Portuguese/Spanish clients and English-speaking teams. Requires 5+ years in solution engineering or technical account management, fluency in Spanish and English, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and client-facing experience. Preferred qualifications include Portuguese fluency, understanding of SSP/publisher-side ad tech (SSAI, CTV, Prebid), familiarity with SQL, Python, Javascript, AI productivity tools, and a technical bachelor's degree.
