Maintain deep understanding of the LATAM ad tech space
Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in ad tech or programmatic (SSP, exchange, or ad serving) within the LATAM market
Deep understanding of publisher monetisation and auction dynamics
Expert knowledge of OpenRTB protocols, VAST, Prebid and header bidding
Hands-on experience with ad servers (e.g., GAM, SpringServe)
Experience leading complex supply-side integrations and optimisation initiatives, particularly within video and CTV ecosystems (SSAI/streaming architecture)
Technical fluency and ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on integration, troubleshooting, and workflow automation
Ability to translate complex programmatic concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Hands-on familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL) and understanding of API-based integrations
Structured, solutions-oriented professional capable of managing multiple high-stakes priorities independently
Experience operating effectively in cross-cultural environments with localised knowledge of the LATAM business ecosystem
