The Senior Manager, Solutions Architect role requires 10+ years of ad tech experience with at least 5 years managing teams. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service, engaging with clients, analyzing data, responding to inquiries, becoming product expert, providing feedback to product and engineering teams, managing Technical Account Managers, and driving account growth. Required skills include knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, programmatic advertising, experience with ad tech platforms, object oriented programming, automation, data querying (MySQL, Amazon Athena), strong communication, and leadership.
