Publica by IAS is a leading Advertising Platform for Connected Television (CTV) focused on OTT Header Bidding, Audience Management, and Server-Side Ad Insertion solutions. The Senior Manager, Solutions Architect role requires 10+ years of ad tech experience with at least 5 years managing teams. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service, engaging with clients, analyzing data, managing accounts, and mentoring staff. Candidates must have strong knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, programmatic advertising, and experience with ad tech platforms and programming. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential. The role is full-time, remote, and offers a salary range of $120,400 to $206,400 annually with benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401k matching, and bonuses.

What you'll do

  • Oversee all aspects of customer service for CTV/OTT video business
  • Engage regularly with customers
  • Deep dive into data and run analyses
  • Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries
  • Become an expert with all products
  • Funnel feedback from clients to product and engineering teams
  • Responsible for growth of accounts
  • Manage Technical Account Managers (three team members)
  • Own assigned accounts
  • Drive projects forward and identify areas for improvement
  • Mentor junior talent
  • Deliver insights through data, reports, and presentations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of ad tech experience
  • At least 5 years of direct manager experience
  • Strong command and knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, programmatic advertising, and related technologies
  • Experience working with high touch and highly technical clients
  • Experience with ad tech user interfaces such as ad servers, SSP platforms, DSP platforms
  • Proven experience with object oriented programming, tool development, and automation
  • Ability to deliver insights using data, reports, and presentations working with large data sets and query tools like MySQL and Amazon Athena
  • Highly motivated self-starter with persuasive and success-driven personality
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly across all organizational levels
  • Combination of excellent technical, product, and business skills
  • History of driving projects forward and identifying areas for improvement
  • Passion for documentation and mentoring junior talent
  • Ability to manage a team (player/coach role) including managing Technical Account Managers
