Full job description Senior Manager – Software Engineering role leading multiple engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, overseeing SDLC, driving Agile delivery, ensuring engineering standards and compliance, client partner management, architectural guidance, and fostering innovation. Requires 15+ years software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership, expertise in C#, .NET, AWS, Azure, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps, AI-assisted development, and cloud technologies. Must have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Drive Agile delivery excellence managing risks, dependencies, resource planning, and release governance
Ensure consistency to SDLC, engineering standards, security, compliance, and operational guidelines

Define quality gates, deployment validations, and release controls to improve production
Promote innovation by encouraging experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and modernization
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and distributed systems
Build and support REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-based solutions
Develop batch and real-time data pipelines using AWS technologies including Redshift, Spectrum, S3, Lambda, SnapLogic, Camunda
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple enterprise sources
Package, support, and oversee production releases ensuring minimal business disruption
Lead, coach, and mentor multiple engineering teams
Drive hiring, performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement
Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and innovation-driven engineering culture Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) 15+ years of software engineering experience At least 5+ years leading engineering teams in customer-facing environments Proven success delivering complex enterprise-scale software programs using Agile Experience managing multiple engineering teams and multi-functional teams Strong leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills Passion for continuous learning and engineering Technical expertise in listed tech stack Experience with AI-assisted development tools, DevOps automation, and cloud modernization Tech stack C# .NET .NET Core NET MVC REST APIs Angular React JavaScript HTML5 CSS AWS Azure Microservices CI/CD Docker Oracle MySQL DynamoDB Redshift Snowflake GitHub Azure DevOps Jenkins SQL PL/SQL Unix/Linux Design Patterns OOP Distributed Systems AWS Lambda EC2 S3 SnapLogic Camunda Python Shell Scripting AI-assisted development DevOps automation
