Full job description
Lead a high-performing engineering team building scalable, data-intensive platforms in digital marketing and attribution. Responsibilities include team leadership, delivery ownership, architectural decisions, and collaboration with product managers. Require 10+ years software engineering experience, 3-4+ years managing teams, strong system design and communication skills. Technical expertise in Scala, Apache Spark, Hadoop, Python, AWS, GCP, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git. Experience with big data, cloud-native distributed systems, data processing, batch pipelines, DAG workflows, and attribution product development. Nice to have experience with Databricks, observability tools, event-driven architectures, and ad-tech/martech platforms.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data-platform engineers
- Own execution, delivery predictability, and technical quality for the team
- Drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices for data-processing systems
