Full job description
Epsilon seeks a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of 8-12 engineers and contractors building core capabilities for Epsilon Clean Room, a privacy-first data collaboration platform. Responsibilities include managing team capacity and delivery, partnering with product and architecture teams, guiding design and delivery of full-stack and data-intensive systems using Databricks, Spark, and cloud services, and shaping AI-assisted workflows and automation. The role requires 10+ years engineering experience with 3+ years in management, expertise in big data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and familiarity with AI-assisted developer tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
