Full job description
Epsilon seeks a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of 8-12 engineers and contractors building core capabilities for the Epsilon Clean Room data collaboration platform. Responsibilities include team leadership, delivery planning, technical direction, and partnership with product and architecture teams. The role involves guiding full-stack and data-intensive system design using Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native services, hiring and onboarding talent, and contributing as a player-coach. Candidates must have 10+ years engineering experience with 3+ years in management, experience with big data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI-assisted tools, and strong communication skills.
