Full job description
Senior Manager, Relationship Marketing Strategy role at Merkle requires 7+ years in data-driven marketing (CRM, email, online/offline media) and 3+ years agency/consulting experience. Responsibilities include leading omni-channel marketing plans, translating new technology in 1st party data marketing and CRM into client marketing ideas, monitoring trends and competitive strategies, building long-term client relationships, collaborating with teams and agencies, and measuring impact of strategies. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience with Braze is advantageous. Role requires 20-40% travel. Position is full-time, hybrid with office presence in Chicago.
