Full job description

Senior Manager of Product Marketing role at PubMatic based in Redwood City, California. Responsible for go-to-market strategy and execution for Commerce Media, Data Partnerships, and Curation. Key duties include building GTM strategies, defining data partnerships positioning, evangelizing curation capabilities, executing launch processes, enabling sales teams, providing market intelligence to product, and developing content strategies. Requires deep understanding of retail media, programmatic advertising, data ecosystems, and sales-driven GTM motions. What you'll do

  • Build and own the go-to-market strategy for Commerce Media offerings
  • Define data partnerships positioning and tell the data partnerships story
  • Evangelize Curation capabilities and build category narrative
  • Build and execute repeatable launch processes for new capabilities and partner announcements
  • Enable sales and partner success teams to confidently position Commerce Media, Data, and Curation capabilities
  • Bring partner, buyer, and competitive intelligence back to product to shape roadmap priorities
  • Work with marketing to develop content and thought leadership strategies
  • Establish a clear, differentiated narrative for Curation, Commerce Media, and Data Partnerships capabilities
  • Build sales and partner confidence in positioning and pitching capabilities
  • Serve as internal expert on Commerce Media and Curation market dynamics
  • Drive measurable growth in adoption, partner engagement, and new deal activity
  • Establish a repeatable, high-quality launch process for data partnership announcements and Curation product updates

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the retail media and commerce advertising landscape, data partnerships, ecosystems, and/or programmatic curation
  • Deep familiarity with the programmatic stack, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, and data marketplaces
  • Proven ability to move quickly, test and learn, and deliver in environments with high expectations and finite resources
  • Comfort running small to mid-size launches and partner announcements with autonomy
  • Familiarity with sales-driven motions and partner-facing go-to-market
  • Ability to synthesize competitive dynamics, partner feedback, and buyer trends into clear, actionable insights
  • Ability to distill technical complexity, data integrations, supply path dynamics, and curation mechanics into simple, compelling stories
