Full job description

Senior Manager of Product Marketing role focused on buy-side ad tech. Responsibilities include managing product launches, enabling sales teams, driving market expansion, incorporating customer and market insights into product strategy, and collaborating with marketing on demand generation. Requires experience in buy-side programmatic advertising, sales-led go-to-market strategies, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. What you'll do

  • Build and execute repeatable launch processes for all size releases
  • Enable sales teams to confidently position new features and explain their value
  • Partner with sales teams to create programs that grow share of wallet and open new client segments
  • Bring customer and market intelligence to product, shaping roadmap priorities and informing product-led enablement
  • Work with marketing to identify and execute content strategies that fuel adoption and new opportunity generation

Requirements

  • Experience on the buy-side (DSP, agency, client-direct) with a solid grasp of how programmatic demand works
  • Proven ability to move quickly, test and learn, and deliver in environments with high expectations and finite resources
  • Comfort running small to mid-size launches with autonomy, from positioning and messaging through enablement and content
  • Familiarity with sales-driven motions and how to enable cross-sell and upsell in complex accounts
  • Interest in shaping product-led GTM approaches, from in-platform messaging to client enablement
  • Ability to distill complexity into simple, compelling stories, both in writing and in front of clients
