Full job description

InMobi Advertising is seeking a Procurement Manager with 8+ years of relevant procurement experience, including 3+ years in people management. The role involves defining and executing procurement strategies, managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, leading a procurement team, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Risk teams, managing vendor relationships, driving cost savings and efficiency, owning procurement processes and controls, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and preparing executive updates. Required skills include techno-commercial procurement, contract and vendor management, negotiation, ERP and e-sourcing tools experience (SAP Ariba, MSD365, Oracle, NetSuite, ServiceNow), strong analytical and financial skills, and an MBA or PGDBM in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations. What you'll do

  • Define and execute procurement strategies aligned with business and financial goals
  • Partner with business teams to understand purchase requirements and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle (PR-to-PO, contracting, renewals)
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Third-Party Risk teams to ensure governance, compliance, and cross-functional alignment
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service levels
  • Drive vendor consolidation, cost savings, and efficiency initiatives across categories
  • Own procurement processes, policies, and controls; drive automation and process improvements
  • Monitor and optimize cost, delivery, and performance KPIs to ensure operational excellence
  • Prepare and manage Capex and Opex budgets in partnership with Finance
  • Synthesize data and insights into clear, executive-ready updates for senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of post-qualification, relevant procurement experience, including at least 3+ years in people management roles
  • Strong experience in techno-commercial procurement, contract management, and vendor management
  • Proven track record of driving efficiency, value creation, and cost optimization
  • Expertise in sourcing and managing categories such as MarTech, SaaS, corporate insurance, global recruitment agencies, and other professional services
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and e-sourcing tools such as SAP Ariba, MSD365, Oracle, NetSuite, or ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, financial analysis, and cost-saving initiatives
  • MBA or Post Graduate Diploma (PGDBM) with specialization in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or CPP are an added advantage
