Full job description

Nexxen is seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Solutions to optimize supply and DSP connections for APAC, focusing on revenue growth. The role reports to the Platform Solutions Director EMEA & APAC and involves managing technical relationships with external partners, providing analysis and technical support, troubleshooting supply issues, monitoring platform health, and leading QPS management. Requirements include a degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience, 5 years in a similar Adtech role, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to work in-office at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do

Help grow DSP partners revenue in APAC
Be the platform technical expert in client meetings
Be the SSP technical expert
Understand supply and requirements for healthy programmatic monetization
Help troubleshoot supply issues if necessary
Understand the market, Publishers, DSP requirements, competitive gaps
Surface needs in a highly organized and prioritized way
Provide daily platform health monitoring
Suggest and apply changes based on data
Monitor impact of any changes or product releases using critical thinking
Report on best practices and wins
Lead inbound and outbound QPS management for APAC
Participate with the wider Platform Solutions team in knowledge sharing
Help maintain Platform Solutions documentation up to date

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent practical experience
Proven experience of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in an Adtech company
Curious mindset
Excellent critical analysis and data reasoning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
SQL not mandatory but is a plus
Ability to solve business user’s problems with highly motivated technical expertise
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
Must be willing to be in office 3 days minimum per week
