Senior Manager, Information Security & IT role reporting to the CITO. Responsible for leading and evolving the information security program, including governance, risk management, compliance, incident preparedness and response, and security operations. Lead the corporate IT team overseeing employee technology, SaaS administration, onboarding/offboarding, and IT operations. Manage security and IT vendors and improve operational effectiveness and automation. Provide reporting on security risk and compliance to executive leadership and the Audit Committee. Requires 5-10 years of progressive experience in information security and corporate IT, knowledge of SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and strong leadership and communication skills. Hybrid role with three days per week in Toronto office. Salary range $150,000 - $165,000 plus bonus.
