Full job description
MNTN is hiring a Senior Manager, GTM Systems Delivery to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-priority changes across Salesforce and connected GTM technology. This technical leadership role involves guiding solution design, managing delivery cycles, capacity planning, and maintaining platform standards. The role requires 7+ years experience in Salesforce, business systems, or enterprise applications, including 2+ years leading technical delivery teams. Candidates must have Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification and hands-on Salesforce configuration experience. Responsibilities include managing urgent initiatives, partnering with RevOps and Salesforce teams, and improving delivery metrics. Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Jira, and CI/CD is important. The position is full-time and remote, based in the United States.

Own the expedited GTM systems delivery lane from intake and scoping through solution design, build, testing, launch, enablement, and stabilization

Requirements
7+ years of experience across Salesforce, Business Systems, GTM Technology, or enterprise applications
2+ years leading Salesforce, business systems, or multidisciplinary technical delivery teams
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
Recent hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development
Platform Developer or architect-level experience is a strong plus
Experience leading high-priority, cross-functional work across Salesforce and connected GTM tools
Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Flow, data models, security and permissions, APIs, integrations, environments, testing, deployments, and common failure points
Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components
Track record in intake, prioritization, capacity planning, requirements, UAT, release readiness, adoption, and post-launch stabilization
Ability to align senior leaders and translate technical constraints clearly
Experience developing technical talent, delegating effectively, and creating accountability
