Nexxen is seeking a senior infrastructure leader to own complex environments end-to-end, including physical data center design, systems reliability, and network performance. The role is hybrid, based in New York, NY or Reston, VA, with three days in-office weekly. Responsibilities include leading infrastructure teams, driving major initiatives, partnering with stakeholders, establishing operational excellence, mentoring engineers, managing hiring and team growth, championing automation and modern practices, and guiding technical design decisions. Focus areas include data center operations, physical infrastructure standards, Linux systems, virtualization, capacity planning, network architecture, vendor management, disaster recovery, automation, and security compliance. Requirements include 8+ years in infrastructure or data center engineering, 3+ years in leadership, strong hands-on experience with physical infrastructure, networking fundamentals, Linux, virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Proxmox), automation tools, observability platforms, and strong communication and leadership skills.
