Full job description
Lead and manage a large team of digital advertising sales executives or account managers responsible for selling digital products and services. Set sales objectives, goals, and quotas. Manage sales programs to attract new accounts and grow existing ones. Develop sales materials and custom cross-media solutions. Coordinate product distribution and sales tracking. Build relationships with key account executives and stakeholders. Streamline internal processes and participate in financial forecasting. Provide customer insights to cross-functional teams and develop go-to-market strategies. Serve as escalation point for pricing and commercial issues. Represent the company at industry events. Requires 5-7 years experience, bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ability to work variable schedules including nights and weekends.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
5-7 years relevant work experience
Experience managing a large or strategically important team of digital advertising sales executives or account managers
Ability to set objectives, goals and quotas for sales team
Experience managing sales programs and tactics to attract new key accounts and enhance sales to current customers
Strong managerial skills to develop team through tailored training, goal setting, and career growth planning
Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners to develop go-to-market strategies
Experience in contract negotiations
Ability to participate in forecasting and planning
Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders
Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule as necessary
