Full job description
Join the Digital Integration Services team to lead digital marketing transformation initiatives for global brands. Responsibilities include client consultation, tech stack evaluation, defining requirements for digital experience platforms and marketing technologies, data platform consulting, developing transformation roadmaps, implementation support, data analytics, training, performance monitoring, strategy development, industry research, and client relationship management. Requires 12-16 years overall experience with 7-10 years in client-facing roles, preferably with an MBA or equivalent and strong communication skills. Proven digital marketing consulting experience is essential. The role demands independent project management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across multiple projects. Technologies include Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Crown peak, MarTech, CRM, Customer Data Platforms, marketing automation, data platforms, analytics, and AI. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Requirements
Overall experience of at least 12-16 years
7-10 years in client facing roles
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
MBA or equivalent experience from a reputed Business School with Marketing specialization (also non-MBA with exceptional communication skills)
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consulting or agency environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
