Senior Manager, Data Center Engineer responsible for day-to-day operations of multiple geographically diverse data centers. Duties include managing hosting facilities, physical infrastructure deployment, cabling, asset management, facility operations, and maintaining secure access controls. Lead and develop data center operations teams, establish operational standards, and ensure compliance with security frameworks (SOC, PCI, HIPAA, ISO). Manage relationships with vendors and colocation providers, oversee capacity planning, and coordinate maintenance and lifecycle projects. Participate in on-call rotations. Requires 10+ years managing data centers, 5+ years managing teams, knowledge of data center power and cabling, security frameworks, ITIL, and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent. Salary range $132,900 to $246,700 annually. Locations: Chicago, Illinois and Irving, Texas.
