Full job description

This role involves leading consumer research using qualitative and quantitative methods to generate insights that influence marketing, product, and creative decisions. Responsibilities include defining research problems, designing and executing studies such as brand tracking and creative testing, synthesizing data sources, and advocating for consumer perspectives in strategic planning. The candidate should have strong experience in consumer insights or market research, expertise in research methods, ability to communicate findings effectively, and experience working cross-functionally. What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end consumer research across qualitative and quantitative methods, from problem definition to insight delivery
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to identify key business questions and shape research agendas
  • Translate complex data and research findings into clear, compelling stories that influence decision-making
  • Design and execute studies such as brand tracking, creative testing, audience segmentation, and industry thought leadership
  • Synthesize multiple data sources (research, platform data, market trends) into cohesive insights
  • Advocate for the voice of the consumer in strategic planning and day-to-day decisions
  • Build scalable research frameworks and best practices that improve how insights are generated and used across the company

Requirements

  • Strong experience in consumer insights, market research, or a related field, ideally in tech, media, or digital advertising
  • Expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to choose the right approach for the problem
  • Proven ability to turn research into clear narratives that influence stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, or strategy teams
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and shaping loosely defined problems into structured research plans
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and translate insights into business impact
  • Experience with areas such as brand measurement, creative testing, or audience insights is a plus
