Senior Manager, Accounting Operations

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end Accounting Operations including Accounts Payable, T&E, global travel program, and vendor onboarding
• Drive global process excellence to improve AP cycle time, on-time payment rates, and T&E compliance metrics
• Strengthen PO discipline, receiving alignment, and expense policy adherence
• Design scalable workflows blending operational rigor with automation and AI-driven efficiencies
• Serve as the escalation lead for complex AP exceptions, payment holds, T&E policy disputes, and month-end close blockers
• Lead and develop a dynamic team fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Ensure compliance and controls with strong internal frameworks as systems and services scale globally
• Provide operational visibility to leadership with regular performance insights and strategic recommendations

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting operations or accounting experience in high-growth or public company environments
• Proven ability to build and scale accounting operations from the ground up and driving process transformation
• Willingness to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a lean, pre-IPO setting
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to provide clarity and direction while leading through ambiguity
• Inclusive people leader with a track record of developing and empowering high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
