Full job description
Senior Legal Counsel role based in the United States, responsible for leading commercial contract negotiations and privacy matters. Work closely with Sales, Procurement, R&D, Product, Security, and Finance teams. Draft, review, negotiate, and close various commercial and technology-related contracts. Coordinate contractual issues across departments. Provide legal advice on commercial, regulatory, and privacy issues. Monitor applicable laws and maintain company contract templates and policies. Requires a qualified lawyer with 5+ years of commercial and technology law experience, knowledge of data privacy laws, experience in SaaS or big data, strong negotiation and organizational skills, and ability to work independently from a US location. Salary range $220,000 - $250,000 OTE. Locations: New York, NY and San Francisco, CA.

- Draft, review, negotiate and close commercial and technology-related contracts, including master services agreements, SaaS subscription agreements, license agreements, data protection agreements, reseller and referral agreements, RFP responses and supporting documentation with customers, partners and vendors
