InMobi is seeking a mid-level legal professional with 4-7 years of experience, preferably with both in-house and law firm backgrounds, to support legal and commercial agreements, compliance, and risk mitigation. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating with external legal counsels, advising internal stakeholders on statutory compliance and disputes, and leading improvements in contract processes. Experience with SaaS contracts and legal support for tech or ad-tech companies is preferred. Strong ethics, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally are required. The position is based in Bangalore, India.
