Requirements
Qualified law graduate from India, with approximately 4-7 years of professional experience.
Preference for candidates with a diverse background, including both in-house and law firm experience.
Prior experience providing legal support to engineering, IT, and internet-based organizations, especially in ad-tech or tech sectors, would be preferred.
Preference for candidates familiar with SaaS contracts, commercial and employment laws, and practices at a global level, particularly in the APAC region.
Demonstrated commitment to ethics, with a strong emphasis on personal integrity and impeccable professional conduct.
Proficient communication skills, coupled with the ability to handle matters independently and instill confidence in teams, executive management, and peers.
