Full job description
Lead the design, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics. Develop scalable CRM solutions with robust integration and advanced data analytics. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Ensure architectural integrity and maintain software documentation. Participate in project planning and drive continuous improvement. Act as subject matter expert for client work and contribute to team strategy. Required skills include CRM platform expertise, programming in APEX, C#, .NET, API integration, data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), Agile/Scrum experience, CI/CD tools, and strong problem-solving.
