Full job description
Lead the design, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics. Develop scalable CRM solutions with robust integration and advanced analytics. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Ensure architectural integrity and maintain documentation. Participate in project planning and continuous improvement. Require minimum 4 years experience with CRM systems, strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, experience with REST/SOAP APIs, CI/CD tools, Agile/Scrum environments, and data analysis tools like Power BI and Tableau. Role offers hybrid work model based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
