Full job description

Lead the design, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics. Develop scalable CRM solutions with robust integration and advanced data analytics. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Ensure architectural integrity and maintain software documentation. Participate in project planning and drive continuous improvement. Act as SME for client pitches and contribute to team strategy. Requirements include minimum 4 years CRM experience, strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, experience with REST/SOAP APIs, CI/CD tools, Agile/Scrum environments, and data analysis tools like Power BI and Tableau. Hybrid work model with 1 day per week or 4 days per month in office. Location: Leiria, Portugal.

What you'll do

  • Lead design, customization, and optimization of CRM platform
  • Ensure robust integration, advanced data analytics, and scalable solutions
  • Lead development of complex digital and software solutions in CRM domain
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across software development lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain software architecture documentation
  • Participate in project planning and estimation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within development team
  • Act as subject matter expert for pitches and client work
  • Contribute to team vision and strategy

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) backend and frontend
  • Minimum 4 years experience with CRM platforms
  • Experience with Industry Clouds is an advantage
  • Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading and managing projects in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Experience with CI/CD and version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to guide junior engineers
  • Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting
  • Strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, or others
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for CRM integration
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation, lifecycle, and personalization
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot CRM-related technical issues
  • Team player with organizational skills and dedication to transparency
