Full job description
Lead the design, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms ensuring robust integration, advanced data analytics, and scalable solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include leading complex digital and software solutions development, providing technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring architectural integrity, maintaining documentation, participating in planning, driving continuous improvement, and acting as SME for client work. Requires minimum 4 years experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), strong programming skills (APEX, C#, .NET), experience with REST/SOAP APIs, CI/CD tools, Agile/Scrum project management, database querying, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Must have strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, organizational skills, and ability to mentor junior engineers. What you'll do
- Lead design and development of complex digital solutions in the CRM domain
- Lead development of complex software solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across software development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain software architecture documentation
- Participate in project planning and estimation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team
- Act as subject matter expert for pitches and client work
- Contribute to the vision and strategy of the team
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) with minimum 4 years experience
- Experience with Industry Clouds is an advantage
- Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience leading and managing projects in Agile or Scrum environments
- Experience with CI/CD and version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers
- Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting
- Strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, or others
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for CRM integration
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation, lifecycle, and personalization
- Ability to diagnose CRM-related technical issues and provide solutions
- Team player with organizational skills and dedication to transparency
