Full job description

Lead the design, customization, and optimization of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics. Develop complex digital and software solutions, ensuring integration, data analytics, and scalability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Maintain software architecture documentation and participate in project planning. Use Agile or Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools. Query databases and analyze customer data using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, and API integration (REST/SOAP) required. Minimum 4 years CRM experience. Hybrid work model based in Prague.

What you'll do

  • Lead design, customization, and optimization of CRM platform
  • Ensure robust integration, advanced data analytics, and scalable solutions
  • Lead development of complex digital and software solutions in CRM domain
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across software development lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain software architecture documentation
  • Participate in project planning and estimation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within development team
  • Act as subject matter expert for pitches and client work
  • Contribute to team vision and strategy

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) with minimum 4 years experience
  • Experience with Industry Clouds is an advantage
  • Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Experience leading and managing projects in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Experience with CI/CD and version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers
  • Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting
  • Strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, or others
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for CRM integration
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation, lifecycle, and personalization
  • Ability to diagnose CRM-related technical issues and provide solutions
  • Team player with organizational skills and dedication to transparency
