Collaborate with Tech, Internal IT, Finance, Security, Legal, and business teams. Lead sourcing initiatives such as RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection. Manage supplier relationships and contribute to category roadmap and Source-to-Pay improvements. Requires bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field, 3+ years procurement experience, exposure to IT-related categories, strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in Procurement, including supplier management, contract management, negotiations and/or tendering activities
Exposure to software, technology services and/or IT-related categories; experience in Internal IT, Corporate Software or R&D-related environments is a plus
Solid procurement foundation and willingness to keep learning and growing in category management
Good stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly across functions
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to manage several topics in parallel in a structured way
Interest in technology and AI, digital tools and market trends
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proactive and team-oriented mindset, with the right level of humility, autonomy and ownership
Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
