Senior IT Buyer

What you'll do

• Support definition and execution of sourcing strategies across technology-related categories
• Lead or contribute to sourcing initiatives including RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations and supplier selection
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across R&D, Internal IT, Finance, Security, Legal and other business teams
• Lead and manage selected subcategories with clear ownership of sourcing activity and supplier follow-up
• Contribute to broader category roadmap across R&D, Internal IT and Corporate Software
• Help manage supplier relationships to improve performance, accountability and collaboration
• Use spend data, market intelligence and KPIs to support category analysis and identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay improvement initiatives in the context of ARCH finance modernization
• Manage several projects in parallel with good prioritization, structure and collaborative mindset

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, including supplier management, contract management, negotiations and/or tendering activities
• Exposure to software, technology services and/or IT-related categories; experience in Internal IT, Corporate Software or R&D-related environments is a plus
• Solid procurement foundation and willingness to keep learning and growing in category management
• Good stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly across functions
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to manage several topics in parallel in a structured way
• Interest in technology and AI, digital tools and market trends
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset, with the right level of humility, autonomy and ownership
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
