Senior Infrastructure Engineer role at Digital Turbine in Berlin, Germany. Responsibilities include designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems and data platforms for reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Drive platform standardization with GitOps/ArgoCD and unified CI/CD pipelines. Build and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure including Spark-on-K8s and data/ML platform tooling. Implement MLOps and data-pipeline capabilities in partnership with ML and Data teams. Lead observability, automation, and cost-optimization initiatives. Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and postmortems. Requirements: 8+ years in infrastructure/platform/back-end engineering with experience in distributed systems, cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure), proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or Scala, Kubernetes experience, familiarity with data/ML infrastructure (Spark, Kafka, Databricks), infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, GitOps, observability tooling, and operational maturity. Hybrid work environment; candidates must be local to Berlin.
