Senior HR Business Partner role based in Tel Aviv, responsible for delivering strategic HR roadmap for Growth Sales and Internal Operations. Requires 6-8 years experience in global tech companies, strong strategic advisory skills, ability to manage global distributed workforce, and support sales teams. Responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, talent lifecycle management, data analysis, and culture building. Role embraces AI and automation to improve HR processes. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office.

What you'll do

  • Own and execute HR roadmap for global Growth Sales and Internal Operations organizations
  • Align worldwide talent strategies with regional commercial priorities
  • Act as strategic advisor to senior executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development
  • Lead end-to-end talent lifecycle initiatives including performance management and variable total rewards
  • Partner on organizational assessment and design initiatives
  • Analyze people data and provide actionable insights to managers
  • Champion culture aligned with company values and foster employee engagement

Requirements

  • 6-8 years progressive HR business partnering experience in global fast-paced tech companies
  • Ability to navigate complexities of globally distributed workforce including cross-cultural dynamics and localized compliance
  • Experience as strategic advisor to senior executive leaders
  • Experience supporting global sales teams with understanding of quota structures and incentive compensation
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, outcome focused approach
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
