Senior HR Business Partner role in Tel Aviv office responsible for delivering strategic HR roadmap for Product and Finance departments. Requires 6-8 years HR business partnering experience with strong generalist background. Role includes workforce planning, talent strategies, employee engagement, organizational design, performance management, total rewards, succession planning, talent development, and data-driven insights. What you'll do

  • Execute the HR roadmap for Product and Finance departments aligned with global and regional priorities
  • Act as trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent strategies, employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Partner with business leaders on organizational assessment and design initiatives
  • Oversee generalist HR activities including performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and talent development
  • Analyze people data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Champion a culture aligned with company values fostering high employee engagement and motivation

Requirements
