Full job description
Senior HR Business Partner role in Tel Aviv office responsible for delivering strategic HR roadmap for Product and Finance departments. Requires 6-8 years HR business partnering experience with strong generalist background. Role includes workforce planning, talent strategies, employee engagement, organizational design, performance management, total rewards, succession planning, talent development, and data-driven insights. What you'll do
- Execute the HR roadmap for Product and Finance departments aligned with global and regional priorities
- Act as trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent strategies, employee engagement and wellbeing
- Partner with business leaders on organizational assessment and design initiatives
- Oversee generalist HR activities including performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and talent development
- Analyze people data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
- Champion a culture aligned with company values fostering high employee engagement and motivation
Requirements
- At least 6-8 years in HR business partnering with a strong generalist HR background
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
