Full job description
Seeking a Senior HR Partner for Technology and Product teams to develop and implement talent strategies aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and culture; leading talent and culture programs; ensuring smooth HR operations; leveraging people analytics for decision making; and maintaining data integrity. Requires about 10 years of HR experience, preferably with a Master's in Business Administration (HR or Psychology), strong business acumen, project implementation experience, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Tech/Product leadership to understand business goals and align on priorities to strengthen talent density, team effectiveness and culture.
- Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and team development.
