Full job description

Innovid seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for EMEA to manage HR strategy and operations, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and supporting multinational teams. Responsibilities include employee relations, HR operational excellence, culture and engagement, and talent management. Requires strong HRIS experience, project management skills, and ability to work across cultures and time zones. What you'll do

  • Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for managers and employees across EMEA on all People matters
  • Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment applying knowledge of local labour law and employment regulations
  • Coach and upskill people managers, building management capability across the region
  • Own HR operational excellence including maintaining accurate employee data, contracts, and records
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with local requirements
  • Support all stages of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, and day-to-day HR inquiries
  • Execute back-office HR tasks and ad hoc projects
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and external advisors where cross-functional expertise is required
  • Champion company culture and values across EMEA
  • Facilitate and drive employee engagement initiatives and act on feedback and survey insights
  • Support DEI goals ensuring equitable practices across all people processes
  • Drive consistency in HR practices across teams and locations by building reliable, sustainable workflows
  • Support workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and organisational design
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline conversations in partnership with global People leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a seasoned HR Business Partner supporting teams across EMEA
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
  • Experience in multinational fast-paced companies, ideally in tech or similar environments
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones, and geographies
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Close attention to detail and organization
  • Strong focus on execution and delivering results
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
  • Intellectually curious, self-motivated, and an independent learner
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required
