Innovid is seeking a Senior Director, HR for EMEA to lead all HR functions including strategy, operations, performance, engagement, and culture. The role requires 10+ years of HR leadership experience in multinational companies, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR. Responsibilities include advising managers and employees on HR matters, managing employee relations, coaching managers, driving employee engagement and DEI initiatives, supporting workforce planning and talent development, maintaining HR operational excellence, and partnering with Legal and Finance. The position offers hybrid working, 27 days leave plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, pension and life insurance, professional development budget, and other benefits. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and willingness to travel internationally are required.

Requirements
10+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner/Director supporting teams across EMEA
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
Experience leading an HR team within big multinational fast-paced companies, ideally in tech or similar environments
Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones, and geographies
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Close attention to detail and organization
Strong focus on execution and delivering results
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Intellectually curious, self-motivated, and an independent learner
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required
