Full job description

Senior HR Partner role supporting Technology and Product teams. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to align talent strategies with business goals, coaching leaders on organizational effectiveness, developing scalable workforce plans, leading talent and culture programs, ensuring smooth HR process implementation, conducting employee engagement activities, leveraging people analytics for data-driven decisions, and maintaining data integrity. Requires about 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with a Masters in Business Administration (HR/Psychology), strong business acumen, experience in high impact HR projects, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Tech/Product leadership to understand business goals and align on priorities to strengthen talent density, team effectiveness and culture.
  • Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and team development.
  • Contribute to developing organization models and workforce plans for scalable growth aligned with business strategy and AI-first vision.
  • Lead and deliver key talent and culture programs including leadership assimilation, capability building, new hire orientation, performance cycles, recognition, and cultural celebrations.
  • Partner with Talent Development (HR COE) to implement talent strategies for the assigned unit.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of cyclical HR processes and initiatives in collaboration with COE teams.
  • Conduct regular employee connects and leverage survey findings to identify opportunities to strengthen employee experience and engagement.
  • Leverage people analytics and judgement to spot key trends or anticipate issues/opportunities and enable data driven decisions and actions.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of people data across HR systems for reliable reporting and planning.

Requirements

  • Preferably Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR or Psychology, or related field.
  • About 10 years of progressive HR experience in business partnering and CoE roles, ideally supporting tech/product teams in fast paced environments.
  • Good business acumen with experience partnering with leaders on People priorities aligned with Talent strategy to meet team/business goals.
  • Experience implementing high impact projects end to end, including employee engagement, team effectiveness and talent development programs.
  • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with ability to drive clarity and influence for excellence.
  • Adept at people analytics to conduct analysis, identify trends, anticipate challenges, and drive data driven decisions.
  • Good collaboration and interpersonal skills with ability to develop trust based relationships.
