Full job description

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the group in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and US regulations. Ensure proper transaction recording and regulatory compliance including SEC and SOX. Act as accounting contact for departments, maintain master data, and ensure reporting quality. Support special projects in external accounting and international accounting issues. Continuously develop accounting guidelines and reporting processes. Drive process optimization and automation in accounting. Requires degree in economics/accounting, 5-10 years experience as senior group accountant or similar, expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, consolidation knowledge, strong Excel and reporting system skills (LucaNet preferred), analytical and communication skills, and a hands-on approach. Position is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in NYC.
