Full job description

Senior Graphic & Motion Designer full-time role based in Bangalore, India. Lead creation of static and motion creatives for performance marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, events, social media, and product marketing. Collaborate with Marketing, Client Services, Product, and Growth teams. Responsibilities include designing high-quality creatives, animations, videos, storyboards, and maintaining brand visual identity. Mentor junior designers and explore AI-assisted workflows. Requirements: 5-8+ years experience in graphic and motion design, strong portfolio, expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, proficient in Premiere Pro and Figma, strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, branding, and motion principles. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Nice to have: experience in mobile app marketing, AdTech, SaaS, gaming, digital advertising, familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, HTML/CSS, interactive ads, playable creatives, or Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO). Portfolio required.
