The role involves architecting and shipping AI systems for generating ad creatives, including interactive playables, using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and multimodal AI models such as vision and diffusion models. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong system design skills, and experience shipping LLM-powered systems to production. The position is remote with a preference for Eastern Standard Time Zone. Responsibilities include prototyping, collaborating with creative teams, designing robust AI systems, building evaluation infrastructure, researching new AI capabilities, and mentoring team members.
