Senior GenAI Engineer role in Tel Aviv office focused on developing and enhancing generative AI products to improve content discovery, personalization, and monetization. Requires M.Sc. in related field, strong Python, SQL, Spark skills, familiarity with statistical modeling, 2+ years designing GenAI workflows (Agentic RAG, Tool calls evaluation, LLM-as-a-judge, RLHF, LLM fine-tuning), 3+ years in data science, analytics, visualization, and machine learning/NLP model development. Responsibilities include managing algorithm lifecycle of multilingual GenAI product DeeperDive, improving monetization flows, working with on-prem LLMs, analyzing large data sets, and developing algorithmic solutions. Tech stack includes Python, Java, Scala, TensorFlow, Spark, Kafka, Cassandra, HDFS, Iceberg, ElasticSearch, AirFlow, BigQuery, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office.
