Full job description

Digital Turbine is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain full-stack features including campaign management, reporting, and marketplace optimization. The role involves working across front-end, back-end, and data, with a focus on backend architecture, low-latency optimization, and algorithmic problem-solving. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, strong algorithmic fundamentals, proficiency in multiple programming languages (TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, Scala, C++), and experience with modern front-end frameworks (React) and relational/distributed databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Responsibilities include designing APIs, owning production services, collaborating with product teams, and mentoring peers. The position is hybrid and based in Warsaw, Poland.

What you'll do

  • Design and build full-stack features from responsive web front-ends to back-end services and APIs
  • Choose the right language and tools for each problem in a polyglot stack
  • Build and consume well-designed APIs integrating products into a unified architecture
  • Own services in production including testing, observability, performance, and on-call duties
  • Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders on scoping, estimation, and technical decisions
  • Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards through code review, automation, and architecture

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and shipping production platforms with backend architecture, system design, and code optimization
  • Strong algorithmic fundamentals and data structures
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multiple languages/ecosystems
  • Solid command of modern front-end frameworks and back-end service design
  • Experience with relational and/or distributed data stores
  • Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, testing, and system design
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, agile, ownership-driven environment
