Full job description

Senior Full Stack Engineer role in a hybrid work environment based in Bucharest, Romania. Responsibilities include designing and building projects, collaborating with Product and Program Management, coordinating with multicultural R&D teams, continuous application deployment, and promoting engineering best practices. Requires at least 2 years experience developing large complex systems, strong OOP skills (C#, Python, C++, Java) and/or front-end expertise (Javascript, Angular, React), interest in UX, curiosity for innovative tech, collaborative mindset, Agile experience, and commitment to quality code. What you'll do

  • Design and build projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Work closely with Product and Program Management teams to ensure best architectures and products
  • Interact with multiple multicultural R&D teams to ensure communication between client-facing applications and other systems
  • Continuously deploy applications
  • Promote a strong engineering culture focused on quality and best practices including testing and continuous integration/deployment

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with developing and extending large and complex systems
  • Solid experience in Object Oriented Programming (C#, Python, C++, Java) and/or strong knowledge in Front-End development with Javascript/Angular and/or React
  • Interest in User Experience
  • Preference for reusability and simplifying complex things
  • Curiosity about innovative technologies and willingness to lead personal projects
  • Can do attitude and ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Passion for shipping high quality code
