Senior Frontend Engineer

What you'll do

• Take an end-to-end responsibility for complex projects from design to deployment
• Find the smallest possible increments to deliver value to our customers as quickly as possible
• Partner closely with Product and UX to dissect complex requirements into well-designed and well-executed software
• Lead technical design decisions and tradeoffs, balancing long-term architecture with immediate product needs
• Be a core contributor to our Engineering Group, ensuring our frontend and core packages remain performant and scalable
• Act as a mentor and technical guide, elevating the team through constructive code reviews and sharing your expertise
• Drive projects forward independently and proactively dispatching roadblocks

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in building robust, complex web applications with a mastery of frontend development
• Expertise in React and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of state management and performance optimization
• Proven ability to drive projects independently, showing persistence and autonomy in the face of technical hurdles
• Ambition and eagerness to excel and commitment to continuous growth
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills to translate a broad product vision into actionable technical tasks
• Motivation for solving customers' problems and delivering value to customers at a fast pace
• Ability to work on-site at our Mexico City office 3 days per week
