Full job description

Taboola seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the EMEA business in London. The role involves managing sales planning functions including forecasting, budgeting, revenue performance, KPI reporting, and executive escalations. The candidate will build scalable financial models, analyze large datasets, and leverage automation and AI tools. Requirements include experience in forecasting, budgeting, P&L, revenue management, sales planning, financial analysis, advanced Excel skills, SQL knowledge, and a relevant degree. Responsibilities include maintaining financial models, budgets, P&Ls, collaborating with sales teams, analyzing performance variances, managing BI projects, and generating actionable insights. What you'll do

  • Create, support and maintain data models, financial projections, reports and dashboards
  • Build and maintain annual budgets, financial plans, P&Ls
  • Collaborate with worldwide sales organization to drive quarterly forecasting process
  • Analyse actual performance versus projections and explain variances
  • Own and manage multiple BI initiatives and projects
  • Analyse big data and generate actionable recommendations for finance, management and business users
  • Leverage AI platforms to streamline and automate analyses

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, P&L, Revenue Management, Sales Planning with Financial Analysis
  • Experience in Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner or Financial Analyst role/FP&A
  • Experience working with large data sets and complex Microsoft Excel models
  • Ability to understand and analyse financial statements with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced/Expert Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with SQL/large datasets/AI tools and willingness to learn
  • BA/BS or equivalent qualification in finance, statistics, quantitative economics or related data analysis degree
