Full job description Senior Financial Planning and Analyst role partnering with Tech organizations (Data Engineering, Data Science, Core Tech, IT, Security) to drive financial planning, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include serving as Finance lead for CTO and tech leadership, building financial models and scenario analyses, managing cloud and infrastructure expenses, automating reporting with AI tools and Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, and synthesizing financial data from Oracle, Workday, Concur, and Atlassian systems. Requires 5+ years FP&A experience supporting technology teams, proficiency with enterprise financial and collaboration tools, advanced modeling skills, and strong communication with executive leadership. Hybrid work environment based in Austin, Texas.

Build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders providing financial context, actionable insights, and guidance on strategic initiatives
Develop flexible headcount capacity models and financial scenario analyses to evaluate technical roadmap investments
Partner with Tech leads to model, forecast, and optimize Cloud/GCP spend and IT/security infrastructure expenses
Identify operational efficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership

Build and maintain scalable financial models and presentation materials primarily in Google Sheets and Google Workspace Requirements 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally supporting technology teams or cloud/infrastructure expense management Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Strong understanding of technology organization expense structures including headcount planning and cloud infrastructure drivers Proficiency with enterprise tools such as Oracle, Workday, Concur, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) Advanced modeling skills in Google Sheets/Excel Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI) and emerging AI tools (Gemini, Claude) for workflow automation Ability to adapt and reprioritize effectively in response to evolving business strategies Strong emotional intelligence, clear communication, and confidence engaging with senior executive leadership Tech stack Oracle Workday Concur Atlassian Jira Atlassian Confluence Google Sheets Google Workspace Power BI Gemini Claude
