Full job description

Epsilon is seeking a mid-level Accounting professional with 4-6 years of experience to support EMEA accounting and business teams. The role involves reviewing expense claims, managing gifts and hospitality registers, supporting purchase order preparation, vendor setup, intercompany billing, and mismatch reviews. Candidates should have a commerce degree, preferably experience in an MNC and SAP knowledge. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills are required. The position is based in Bengaluru, India, with work hours from 1pm to 10pm IST to support the UK region.

What you'll do

  • Support Epsilon EMEA accounting and business teams across multiple legal entities and countries
  • Review employee expense claims for compliance with company policy
  • Prepare and monitor gifts and hospitality register in line with company policy
  • Support PO preparation to ensure accurate cost allocation
  • Support vendor setup and resolve invoice and payment queries
  • Prepare intercompany billing
  • Support intercompany mismatch review
  • Handle adhoc requests

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of principles of accounting
  • International experience working with multiple time zones and cultures preferred
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Post graduate or undergraduate degree in Commerce
  • Prior experience in an MNC work culture preferable
  • Experience in SAP preferable
  • Strong communication skills
