Full job description

The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Executive Sourcer to lead sourcing and engagement of executive talent across business functions. Responsibilities include designing sourcing strategies, partnering with recruiters and leaders, developing market intelligence, acting as a strategic talent advisor, building diverse leadership pipelines, representing the employer brand, analyzing pipeline data, collaborating cross-functionally, and optimizing sourcing processes. Candidates must have 8+ years of executive sourcing experience, expertise in executive search methodologies, strong communication and analytical skills, and ability to build diverse pipelines. What you'll do

  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract and nurture top executive-level talent
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters and senior business leaders to understand leadership needs and organizational priorities
  • Develop market intelligence and insights including competitive research, industry mapping, and succession planning
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor sharing market trends, data, and recommendations for executive hiring strategies
  • Build and maintain a diverse executive pipeline balancing proactive sourcing and relationship development
  • Represent and elevate employer brand through compelling outreach and authentic candidate engagement
  • Track, measure, and analyze pipeline data to refine sourcing strategies and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, coordinators, and people partners to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Continuously optimize tools, processes, and strategies to keep sourcing function agile, data-driven, and scalable

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in executive-level sourcing or executive search, with emphasis on corporate/in-house environments
  • Experience in retained search or search firm is a plus
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging senior and C-suite talent in dynamic, high-growth, or global organizations
  • Expert knowledge of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and candidate research techniques
  • Trusted talent advisor skilled in influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex opportunities to senior-level talent
  • Ability to build diverse leadership pipelines using multiple sourcing channels
  • Strong analytical mindset leveraging data and insights to inform strategy and track results
  • Emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism handling confidential information
