Requirements
8+ years of experience in executive-level sourcing or executive search, with a strong emphasis on corporate/in-house environments
Experience in retained search or search firm is a strong plus
Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging senior and C-suite talent within dynamic, high-growth, or global organizations
Expert knowledge of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and candidate research techniques
Trusted talent advisor skilled in influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders
Exceptional ability to communicate and articulate complex opportunities to senior-level talent with poise and credibility
Highly adept at building diverse leadership pipelines and utilizing multiple sourcing channels
Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and insights to inform strategy and track results
