The Trade Desk seeks a Senior Executive Candidate Experience Partner based in New York to manage the end-to-end executive hiring process. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, managing candidate communications, supporting interview panels, and ensuring smooth execution of hiring steps. The role partners with executive recruiters, senior leaders, and external search firms, maintaining confidentiality and improving hiring workflows. Requires 5+ years in recruiting coordination or executive recruiting operations, experience supporting VP+ hires, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with ATS and scheduling tools like Greenhouse and GoodTime. What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end operational execution of executive-level hiring processes, from initial scheduling through offer and close
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive candidates, delivering a high-touch, thoughtful, and professional candidate experience
  • Manage complex, high-volume executive scheduling, partnering closely with executive assistants, senior leaders, and recruiters
  • Ensure interview panels are prepared, aligned, and supported with clear communication and logistics
  • Drive flawless execution across interview debriefs, background checks, offer coordination, and pre-hire steps
  • Partner closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition, executive recruiters, and senior stakeholders to align on process, timing, and expectations
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise strong judgment in sensitive, high-visibility searches
  • Identify opportunities to improve executive hiring workflows and lead process enhancements in partnership with TA leadership
  • Be the liaison of coordination between internal stakeholders and executive search firm partners
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across ATS and scheduling tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, candidate experience, or executive recruiting operations
  • Proven experience supporting VP+ or executive-level hiring in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally organized with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable partnering directly with senior executives and executive assistants
  • Polished communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Able to manage competing priorities with urgency and discretion
  • Experience with ATS and scheduling platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, GoodTime) preferred
