Full job description
Senior Executive Assistant role providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, meetings, and confidential information. Responsibilities include managing CEO priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, vendor management, handling correspondence, and organizing complex global travel including visas and customs. Requires a valid passport and readiness for frequent international travel. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience, 3-5 years supporting senior executives, strong organizational, communication, discretion, problem-solving skills, global business comfort, professionalism, coachability, high energy, adaptability, curiosity, and proficiency in Google Suite tools. What you'll do
- Serve as primary gatekeeper to the CEO, managing priorities, decision flow, and both professional and personal scheduling
- Anticipate operational challenges and execute complex projects proactively
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Source, vet, and manage vendors and service providers across home, vehicle, and other personal needs
- Handle personal and professional correspondence and follow-ups with confidentiality
- Design and execute complex global travel itineraries for business and personal trips
- Secure best-available travel rates through relationship building and negotiation
- Build contingency plans for travel disruptions and last-minute changes
- Coordinate international logistics including visas, customs, and cultural considerations
- Hold or obtain a valid passport for frequent international travel support
- Draft, edit, and manage high-stakes communications including client correspondence and internal announcements
- Coordinate board meetings, investor presentations, and client meetings with attention to detail
- Synthesize complex information into clear, concise briefings and represent the CEO's office professionally
